Bridging buildings to be built – Bitche

Relay buildings to be built in the Pays de Bitche. Financial support by the local authorities up to 500,000 euros.

The minimum surface area of the buildings is 1,000 m². The Pays de Bitche community of municipalities is less than 20 km from the German border and 60 km from Strasbourg.

3 areas are concerned :

• Bitche industrial zone
• Rohrbach-Les-Bitche business park
• Volmunster industrial zone

• 2,500 m² production and storage hall with 475 m² of offices and social rooms
• 1,000 m² production and storage hall with 375 m² of offices and social rooms
• 3,000 m² production and storage hall with 800 m² of offices and social premises
• 2,700 m² of production and storage hall with 300 m² of offices and social premises.

The community will adapt to the needs of the project.

• Less than 20 km from the German border
• 60 km from Strasbourg

Conditions for setting up

• Establishment in one of the 3 business parks of the Pays de Bitche
• Creation of at least 20 jobs

Financial conditions

• Real estate leasing
• Rent over 120 months, at the end of which the company owns the property
• Availability: Construction period: 12 months
• Financial assistance from the community: 500,000 euros
