Assistance for real business estate

AMIE 57 is an aid program supported by the Moselle Departmental Council and co-financed by certain Moselle EPCIs.
The aim of this scheme is to support companies in the Moselle department that invest in real estate for construction, extension, development work or the upgrading of a building.

COMPANIES CONCERNED

Only companies with a maximum of 20 FTE employees are concerned by this aid scheme.

Eligible activities are: trade with a surface area of less than 400 m², crafts, transport and logistics companies, construction and public works, business services and industry.

Conditions of eligibility

  • To have an establishment in Moselle, to be registered in the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) or the Trade Register (RM)
  • Be up to date with their fiscal and social obligations and all applicable regulations
  • Demonstrate their ability to carry out the project (financial capacity, human resources, etc.)

Conditions of non-eligibility

  • Companies in difficulty (according to the criteria defined by the European Union)
  • Self-employed entrepreneurs, micro-entrepreneurs and liberal professions

The following activities are not eligible : Mail order, internet sales, sale of vehicles without a major repair activity, real estate and recruitment agencies.

EXPENSES

Real estate investments in the context of the creation or extension of an activity are eligible: new construction, extension, fitting out, renovation of a building and the inherent costs.
Projects must comply with the European regulations on public aid in force at the time the application is submitted.

Conditions of non-eligibility

Real estate acquisitions, expenses related to work (labor and materials) carried out by the assisted company or a related company (unless it is its business) :

  • The purchase of land
  • Legal fees
  • The purchase of shares in SCI

TERMS OF INTERVENTION

The beneficiary of the aid must be a private project owner. The aid takes the form of a grant, with a maximum rate of intervention and ceilings:

  • 20% of eligible expenses with a ceiling of €20,000 (outside the AFR zone)
  • 30% of eligible expenses with a ceiling of 30 000 € (AFR zone)

Specific characteristics

The aid may not exceed the company’s own funds and quasi-equity. The global development project must reach a minimum investment amount of 10 000 € and must be justified by invoices of a minimum unit amount of 500 €.
